Mechanism of Action

Uses

Adverse Effects
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, and hair thinning. It can lower blood cell counts, which may lead to an increased risk of infections, bleeding, or anaemia. Less frequently, patients may experience liver enzyme changes or allergic reactions. Regular monitoring and timely supportive care help manage these effects effectively.
