Mechanism of Action:

Tenecteplase works by activating the body’s natural clot-dissolving system. It binds to the clot and converts plasminogen into plasmin, an enzyme that breaks down fibrin, which is the main component of blood clots. This helps in quickly dissolving the clot and restoring normal blood flow to the heart muscle.
