  Adverse Effects
  Neksium is generally well tolerated, but some people may experience:

  • Bloating, flatulence, or constipation

  • Dizziness or dry mouth

  • Long-term use may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium levels, or an increased risk of bone fractures and gut infections like Clostridium difficile
